Penn State Alumni Association - Southern New Jersey

Great News! The Southern New Jersey Chapter has a limited number of tickets available for the Penn State vs. Temple game on Saturday, September 17th, 12:00 noon at Lincoln Financial Field. The cost of each ticket is $70 and are available on a first come/first paid basis by contacting John Ungvarsky at 856-829-6929 or e-mail: johnu@snip.net.

The Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association hosted their annual Christmas Party for children from Camden, New Jersey on Saturday, December 11, 2010. It has been celebrated for over 20 years in conjunction with the Salvation Army in Camden. Over 50 underprivileged children, ages 6-13, attended the party. They are members of a homework club through the Salvation Army in Camden.

Pandora-style Penn State bracelets are now available.

There is great news from the Penn State Alumni Association. For the fifth year in a row, your Chapter received a "Group of Distinction Award"! Your Chapter is in the upper tier of alumni affiliate groups. We received this award as a result of your efforts and the programs and events that have been held by your Chapter.

By having regular meetings of the Board of Directors, social events, recruiting events, football bus trips, and one of the longest running philanthropic programs, your Chapter met and exceeded the requirements set by the PSU Alumni Association.
