The Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association serves PSU alumni in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties, totaling over 5,400 Penn Staters.

Our mission is to support the Penn State Alumni Association by connecting local NJ alumni to the University and to each other, to provide valuable services to members, and to support PSU's mission of teaching, research, and service.

PSU v Alabama Fundraiser at the Cherry Hill PJ Whelihans

When: Saturday, September 11th at 6 PM
Where: Cherry Hill PJ Whelihans, Route 70
Why: Cheer on the Lions with fellow Penn Staters while raising money for our PSU Chapter scholarships and charities.

For $20, you can enjoy a buffet of wings, pigs in a blanket, roast beef and meatball sandwiches, and a house salad.

There will also be drink specials, and you can cheer on the Lions with other Penn Staters while watching the football game on big screen TVs!

PSU v Illinois Homecoming Bus Trip

Good News!! The Southern New Chapter was notified that 40 tickets would be available for purchase to the PSU v Illinois Homecoming Football Game. The game will be played at home on Saturday, October 9th, 2010 starting at noon.

The bus will leave from the Boscov’s parking lot at the Moorestown Mall at 5:30 AM.

Group of Distinction Award

There is great news from the Penn State Alumni Association. For the fifth year in a row, your Chapter received a "Group of Distinction Award"! Your Chapter is in the upper tier of alumni affiliate groups. We received this award as a result of your efforts and the programs and events that have been held by your Chapter.

By having regular meetings of the Board of Directors, social events, recruiting events, football bus trips, and one of the longest running philanthropic programs, your Chapter met and exceeded the requirements set by the PSU Alumni Association.

Homecoming Bus Trip – Oct 17th

The Homecoming Game bus trip is sold out. All bus ticket holders must arrive at the Moorestown Boscov's parking lot by 8:00 AM sharp. The date of course is Saturday October 17th.
